findsmb - scans subnet for smb clients / servers and displays them (not so much use on switched network, but can be fun on wifi)
ftptop - track proftpd connections with top like display!
ftpcount - show current number of connections for each proftpd server configuration
ftpdctl - control connections and or virtual servers by controlling the proftpd daemon
ftpwho - shows proc info for each proftpd connection
hunt - do you have a 24 x 80 terminal? You can shoot your friends over the network!
iptraf - nice console traffic monitor
logsave - save the output of a command to a log file
mcabber - simple jabber (xmpp) console client
number - capture stdin integer and write in words
