Getting Perflib Event ID 2003 TermService service mismatch trust issues?

Run this to get the perfs.dll "TermService" to be trusted again:

lodctr /T:TermService

Seems SP2 for Server 2003 hosed it (actually hosed the date / time in the registry vs the dll)...

Getting 2003 errors for other dll's as well?
