Getting 0 folders migrated using pfMigrate.wsf ?

Make sure the public folders were not tagged to require ssl via the IIS Admin tool!

Exchange System Manager (ESM), extend to Servers -> SBSName -> First Storage Group -> Public Folder Store (SBSName). Right click Public Folder Store (SBSName), select "Move All Replicas" command.
