In the Exhange System Manager, set your default recipient policy something like this: %1g%s@domain.com to get the "first initial last name @ domain.com" setup. This will keep the default policy of using the login name as a possible smtp address (unless you want that sort of thing)... BIG FAT WARNING!!!!: If you have a dupe though, you can have Exchange fail to mount the store as LDAP pukes when you have more than one, i.e.: tjones@domain.com = Tom Jones tjones@domain.com = Tim Jones And you will have to fix the default recipient policy to correct before the store will mount.
